Inspired by classic and archival New Balance styles, the upper of the 574 Yurt uses the foundation of the New Balance 574 wardrobe as its design base, as the original was a trail running shoe released in the 80s. Additionally, they have pulled elements from the archived New Balance 755.

A trail shoe at its core, the shoe features a whistle on the heel that emphasizes safety and outdoor survival. In keeping with the outdoor theme, the campaign touches on different environments, starring actor Jesse Williams among other VIP guests. This will also be the first time the brand and designer release apparel including a hat, t-shirts, pants, and hoodies, all in two colorways.
