The first step begins when the customer purchases their partner product on the website. At that moment, the order will be sent to the logistics partner, who will proceed to ship it to the central logistics facility.
From this moment up to 7 days after the order, the customer can cancel the order by contacting us at the email gagliottacalzaturenapoli@gmail.com or through the appropriate social channels.
2. Product Quality and Authenticity Verification
Once the product arrives at our central logistics facility, our experts will perform appropriate checks to ensure that the product best represents the quality of the product you purchased.

3. Final Shipment
