    How to measure your foot

    Foot on a sheet of paper, heel against the wall: measure from the wall to the mark at the tip. 26.5 cm
    1. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall and stand on it with your heel against the wall.
    2. Mark the tip of your longest toe with a pen.
    3. Measure the distance in cm from the edge of the paper to the mark.
    4. Repeat with your other foot and keep the longer measurement.

    Measure at the end of the day, wearing the socks you usually wear. Then look for the cm in the table for your brand below, or enter them in the converter above.

    How Nike shoes fit

    • Air Force 1: runs large, take half a size down. If you have wide feet, your regular size is fine.
    • Shox TL: runs true to size, but the toe box is narrow: if you have wide feet, take half a size up.

    Why are US men's and women's sizes different?

    In the United States, there are two scales: for the same foot, the women's size is 1 or 1.5 higher. A US men's 8 is a US women's 9.5 for Nike and a US women's 9 for adidas.

    Are the cm written on the label the length of the foot?

    No. The CM or JP value on the label is usually the Japanese size, not your foot measurement. On this page, the Foot (cm) column is the foot length, taken from the brands' charts.

    If I am between two numbers, which one do I take?

    It depends on the model. On each shoe's page, you will find information on how it fits and the brand's size chart in cm. If you are still unsure, message us on WhatsApp with the model and the size you usually wear.

    How do I find the right size for a child?

    Measure the foot as you would for an adult and leave 5-10 mm extra for growth. Then look for the cm in the Children, Youth, or Junior size chart for the brand: Nike, adidas, New Balance, and Timberland above.

    And what if the number isn't right?

    You can change the size within 14 days of delivery, provided the size you need is available. The shoes must not have been worn outdoors, and you must include the box and labels. Fill out the form on the Exchanges and returns page: we will reply with instructions.
