These terms govern the use of the Gagliotta Calzature mobile app and purchases made through it. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

The app is owned by GC Corporation S.r.l., Via Emanuele Gianturco 92, 80146 Naples (NA), Italy — VAT ID IT09539861212 — email info@gagliottacalzature.com (hereinafter "Gagliotta").
Use of the app
Gagliotta grants you a personal, free, and non-exclusive right to use the app to discover and purchase products from the store. You are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute the app, nor to use it for illegal purposes or in a way that damages the service. Content, images, trademarks, and logos present in the app belong to Gagliotta or their respective owners.
Purchases via the app
Purchases made through the app are sales from the Gagliotta store and follow the same terms of sale as the gagliottacalzature.com website: prices in euros inclusive of VAT, availability updated at the time of order, and order confirmation via email. In the event of an obvious pricing error or subsequent unavailability, the order may be cancelled with a full refund and email notification.
Payments
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, installment payments, bank transfers, and cash on delivery, as offered at checkout. Payment takes place on secure systems: the app does not store your card details. For cash on delivery, a confirmation phone call is required; if no response is received within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs and times are displayed at checkout before confirmation. The indicated times are estimated in working days and begin from the time of shipment. For made-to-order products, production times are indicated on the product page.
Right of withdrawal and returns
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without providing a reason. Products must be intact, unused, and with original brand tags and packaging. Practical procedures (forms, size exchanges, refunds) are described in the returns and refunds policy, available in the app under the Profile section.
Warranty
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided by the Consumer Code. In the event of a defect, contact us and we will find the fastest solution: replacement, repair, or refund.
Account
The account is optional and free. You are responsible for safeguarding your access credentials. You can delete it at any time directly from the app (App Settings → "Delete your account") or by writing to info@gagliottacalzature.com: the account is the same as the website, and cancellation applies to both.
Notifications
App notifications are optional: you enable them, and you can disable them at any time from your phone settings.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is the place of residence or domicile. For any dispute, you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
